Gap assessments:

A GAP analysis is a technique used in Quality Management System (QMS) to identify the gaps or differences between an organization’s current practices and the requirements of a particular standard. It is a detailed review of a QMS, including all levels of documents from manuals to templates to records. A GAP analysis assesses the competency of a current QMS and how it adheres with the requirements of a standard, legislation, or regulation

System documentation:
The QMS documentation comprises a set of documents and records that define the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). QMS documentation includes documents related to compliance with applicable requirements, as well as to quality assurance.

Knowledge transfer and implementation:

Knowledge transfer is the process of sharing information from one part of an organization to another, typically for solving problems or working toward a goal more efficiently. It is how you spread valuable company information, learning and skills from one department to another. Knowledge transfer is necessary for a number of reasons, including increasing efficiency, boosting team collaboration, and preventing loss of knowledge

Supplier and internal audit support:

  • Supplier audits focus on the manufacturing companies or providers that supply components or parts needed by an organization to produce its offerings.
  • Internal audits, also known as First-Party audits, are conducted within an organization to validate that its processes meet or exceed the company’s own requirements or standards.
